Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged a fee.Treatment estimatesWritten estimates are valid for six months. Insurance coverage depends on your plan; you are responsible for any amount your insurer does not pay.Smile Club plansPlans run for twelve months from the purchase date, are personal to the members named and cannot be refunded once a covered service has been used.Shop ordersUnopened products can be returned within 30 days. Opened whitening gel and toothbrushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift cards are valid for two years.
