How does the whitening kit work?

After you order, we book a short visit to scan your teeth. Your custom trays are ready within a week, together with the gel and instructions.

When does my Smile Club plan start?

On the day you buy it. You can book your first check-up and cleaning straight away and use your discount on any treatment.

Can I pick up my order at the clinic?

Yes. Choose pick-up at checkout and your order will be ready at the front desk the next business day.

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes and whitening gel cannot be returned.
